Shipping & Returns

HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE AND LAST DAY FOR HOLIDAY ARRIVAL

Due to factors out of our control, we cannot guarantee dates on order arrivals. What we CAN guarantee is that any order placed before 12 PM (Noon) CST on Dec. 16th will leave our Warehouse in time to meet FedEx’s delivery window that should allow your order to arrive before Christmas Eve.

Any order placed after 12 PM (Noon) CST, Dec. 16, 2021 is subject to delivery after Dec. 25th. We thank you for your patience and understanding during the holiday season.

Shipping

We ship to all 50 states, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship to international addresses. All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. A shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided once your order has shipped.

Carrier Transit Time.   3-7 business days within continental U.S., based on final destination zip code. Please  allow longer delivery times to destinations outside the continental U.S.A.


Returns Policy


We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us. We will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping. Please note that due to the nature of our beauty products, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges.

Once an order has been placed, packaged or shipped, we are unable to edit, exchange or return any items. In the event you need to cancel your order, please contact customer service immediately and we will make every effort to cancel prior to shipment only. If there is an error in your shipping address, please contact customer service immediately with the corrected address. If your order has not yet shipped, we will gladly change it for you. Once an order has shipped, however, we cannot be responsible for errors in the shipping address. Please be sure to check your order carefully before placing it.

If you are missing any products from your order or if you received a damaged product, please contact us within 30 days. Missing items that are in stock will be reshipped if a refund has not already been issued.
