Explanation: What’s what when it comes to CBD and hemp

 Hemp is the cannabis sativa plant. It’s the source of both CBD (cannabidiol) and hemp oil.

CBD oil is isolated from the plant’s leaves, flowers and stalks. These parts of the plant contain the compounds that deliver medicinal properties with no side effects and no intoxicating high.

Hemp oil comes from the seeds of the plant. While it promotes skin hydration and provides nutritional value, hemp oil contains no CBD and has less medicinal value.

THC is the psychoactive compound that’s associated with that marijuana high. Properly purified and extracted CBD, like the oil used in Naturally G4U products, should not contain THC or cause a positive drug test.
